Party: Fashionable Farewell to the cast of ABC’s Ugly Betty

Saturday night, the FNL team headed out to the Fashionable Farewell Party for ABC’s ‘Ugly Betty’. The event was sponsored by Joonbug.com and Elle magazine and took place at Capitale on Bowery. (I went to a few events there in the past and am always amazed by the building’s impressive Marble interior and soaring ceilings. It is so spacious and elegant - really a wonderful place to hold a large event)!  

 Cast members Ana Ortiz, Mark Indelicato, and Tony Plana attended as well as Real Housewife, Kelly Bensimon. Just hours before, I saw both Anna and Kelly at a party for the Alice&Olivia Collection. They looked great in cocktail dresses, chatting with fans and working the room at both venues*

 The event was additionally working to raise money for PrAsperity Project, a non-profit organization championed by Pras Michel  of the Fugees. At the party, PrAsperity Project and LolaJames Jewelry launched their exclusive designer piece called the Help Heal Haiti bracelet, made of tiger eye and crystal to promote strength and healing.The bracelets were gifted to actors, top editors and  New York tastemakers during the event.

Musical performances included Fabolous, Pras Michel of the Fugees, O’Neal McKnight, Jesse Marco, Steve Powers, The Chainsmokers, Peter James Lee of House of Cassette, and Claudine DeSola.  

Fashion /Music: Claudine performed a special set called “Inspiration Played”, with tracks that inspired the Fall 2010 collections of top designers like Yeohlee Teng and Christian Siriano.
