The Oscars of Fragrance

I have a theory that no one is fully dressed until they have their signature fragrance on.

A powerful fragrance when combined with your personal body chemistry becomes your own, the fragrance may be the same in the bottle but will smell differently on each person that wears it.

I adore perfume, as far as fragrances go, I layer my sexy signature scent and gaurd my secret to it fiercely, it’s a key part of presentation when you walk into a room.

And understanding the importance of fragrance in fashion, I am pleased to share with our Fashion News Live family that the 38th annual Fifi awards are finally here!

The best part?

Starting Monday May 17th, FIFI (The Oscars of Fragrances) will start giving away free fragrances created by the honored nominees from this year’s red carpet FIFI awards being held on June 10th in the fashion hotspot, New York City. The awards are attended by over 1,000 members of the international fragrance community.

The first fragrance to graciously be given away is the lovely fragrance “Blossom” from Reese Witherspoon.

The awards are presented by the hottest celebrities from the world of fashion, theater, film and TV.

The event will honor all of the 2010 nominees, finalists and winners as well as take time to fondly remember the fabulous signature fragrances that have been a part of world fashion history throughout the past 38 years.
