WHEREAS James Davis/Elaine Lancaster is an actor, writer, socialite, style icon, activist, fund~raiser, host of FashionNewsLive.com Hostess for the Crown Jewel of HIV/AIDS fund raiser, White Party since 1997. Since 1997, Elaine has helped raise over 20 million dollars for numerous non-profit charities; Elaine Lancaster is as much to Florida as is the Sun, Surf, Sand, Palm Trees, the Orange, & Mickey Mouse. We are proud to have Elaine Lancaster as our Mascot & Icon.

WHEREAS This evening we gather to Celebrate Elaine Lancaster on her Birthday. Elaine is one of our city’s greatest assets and continues to enhance the city of Miami Beach with her charity, glamour, beauty & international visibility.
