Los Angeles Fashion Collective Fall 2011 Cocktail Party

Directly across from you is the Grove, a mecca of Los Angeles tourism, but secluded in dim lighting and romantic ambiance at the Sofitel Hotel, you and others on the intimate guest list are attending the Fall 2011 Los Angeles Fashion Collective Cocktail Party.

Founded by Lauren Stillman of Lauren Stillman PR and runway show producer James Campbell, the LA Fashion Collective introduces talented local emerging designers to fashion followers and fans. At the Fall 2011 preview, designers Katie May, Alexx Jae & Milk, and Pleasure Doing Business, showcased their designs, clothing perfectly posed models atop black blocks.

In addition to the creative design talent behind the showcase, all of the looks were styled by Wardrobe Wear‘s Amy Nicole Bernstein. In order to provide the best possible LA styling services to men and women alike, Wardrobe Wear will soon launch their website and provide style seekers with everyday wardrobe choices that are innovative and intelligent, and that reflect each client’s individual style.

Blending sophistication and glamor, Katie May uses luxurious fabrics with vintage garment construction.

Appropriate for Earth Week, Alexx Jae & Milk create fashion forward looks with an eco- conscious mind.

Pleasure Doing Business, established in in 2009 by Simone Gonzalez is devoted to innovative material use and design.
