Moschino Spring/ Summer 2013 Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show presented at Milan Fashion Week

Creative director of Moschino, Rossella Jardini, presented a 45-piece runway show in Milan.

The collection, which was completed made up of womenswear looks, incorporated sassy doll look-alikes, with bright colors, and almost see-through summer get-up. Points of inspiration for the line included: 1960’s Audrey Hepburn and youthful lifestyles. Ginger Rothstein, who is a non-fictional film character, was the inspiration behind the pouty red lips, and beauty style. Even the girl’s hairstyles appeared to reference Jackie Kennedy’s famous 1960’s bouffant hairdo.

The little princesses were styled in trousers, dresses, suits, bowler hats, small handbags, jumpsuits and pinafores. Collection colors included white, primary colors, and black. Prints included daisies, metal-discs, butterflies and floral.
