Paris Fashion Week Review: Giambattista Valli Spring/ Summer 2013 Ready-to-Wear Show

Designer Giambattista Valli presented a 46 look show at Paris Fashion Week.

Sportswear influenced the womenswear style lines. Major apparel from the collection included pencil skirts, tank tops, track pants, sheer skirts, jackets, lace crochet dresses, and high-waisted looks (such as skirts, dresses, jumpsuits). Undergarments paired with transparent attire were observed throughout much of the spring line.

The collection was a combination of womenswear and menswear-referenced looks, which contrasts to Valli’s past seasons, that featured girly, ruffled clothing.

Trendy collection colors included: poppy red, grayed jade, gold, black and ivory.
