Styles from the fifties and sixties are making a modern-day comeback.

Retro just became modern again. The flirty frocks of the fifties and the mod trends of the sixties are an iconic part of fashion history, but don’t archive it just yet! The retro look is alive and well, with its latest reincarnation trending on the runway for Spring / Summer 2016.

Warsaw-based fashion house, La Metamorphose, presented its Spring / Summer 2016 clothing line at FashionPhilosophy Fashion Week Poland. The vintage-inspired collection would put even Mad Men’s Betty Draper to shame.

Models dazzled in retro polka dot covered a-line dresses and bow tie-neck blouses. Others stood out in bright floral wrap dresses, accessorized with vintage round sunglasses and bold briefcases. Mod looked as modern as ever, with mixed-print jumpsuits and chunky patent leather ankle boots stealing the show.

Rosete by Mister Triple X at New York Fashion Week Art Hearts NYFW FW/17

The designer Mister Triple X had two collections for this season of NYFW17. This collection in specific labeled Rosete, uses tones such as black, silver, gold and of course rose gold, on black fabric. Suits, dresses, and skirts were accessorized with shimmering pieces. Braids were used on the show as well as face art with silver eyeshadow.

Arzamendi Style at New York Fashion Week Art Heart NYFW17

This designer has beautiful designs in several styles from flow dresses, skirts, and bodysuits.Beautiful long coats we’re sitting on the runway as the Models wore beautiful gowns. The details on fabric were small crystal Stones and feathers were the central theme of this runway show. Almost every outfit was flowing down the runway he on this collection. The designer even included a kids collection dresses with the same criteria.

Sheguang Hu at New York Fashion Week Art Hearts NYFW FW/17

The designer’s collection has so much culture. There was a singer, as the models walked down the runway she sang a beautiful song. The designer stands for arts and this design; the look was out of the box. Some designs were made out of transparent matte latex and  golden fabric, some models carried sleeveless coats,  with knee-high gold and nude boots with a very thick platform.
