Aidar Khan AW 2017 – Serbia Fashion Week

Aidar Khan (Kazakhstan) showed his capsule collection “Peri of Great Steppe”.

Steppe woman is in the center of collection. Collection is based on the synthesis of wise traditions of nomadic clothes. The author has balanced between Asia and Europe, therefore, ethnic motifs are carefully framed by European canons in clothing. Neo-folklore clothes are characterized by Aidarkhan as “traditional clothes of our ancestors gifted with the spirit of modernity. Aidar Khan creates two seasonal collections. As a rule these are the collections of highly artistic and exclusive models on the basis of world trends with account of weather conditions, regional mentality and types of figure. Collections are made in neo-folklore style, pret-a-porte lux class usual for Aidarkhan Kaliyev joining: fidelity to traditions of nomadic costumes art, high quality, introduction of innovative technologies in design of modern clothes.
