Beyonce Knowles is an international superstar, singer, actress, performer, model, and designer. Oh and did I forget to mention she is married to hip hop phenomenon Jay-Z?! This truly is the girl who has it all and she has got the style to match. Whether she is shaking it on stage, lounging on a yacht off an exotic island somewhere, or strutting down the red carpet she is always looking fabulous and on trend. She knows how to work her curves by wearing eye catching body hugging gowns and she’s not one to shy away from showing off those legs. And lets not forget her favorite accessory, trademark large earrings. Knowles has stated, “I like to dress sexy and I carry myself like a lady,” but she has said that the way she dresses on stage is “absolutely for the stage”
Beyonce and her mother Tina introduced House of Dereon, a ready-to-wear contemporary women’s fashion line, in 2005. In 2010, she launched her first fragrance “Heat”. She has just released her new single “Run the World (Girls)” this week and is currently working on her yet to be titled fourth solo album. Is there anything she can’t do? We think not!

Diane Kruger is the epitome of style and chicness, which is why it was so hard deciding which photos to post for this particular style crush. She is always very well put together looking elegant and effortless. Whether she is just leaving the house or walking out on the red carpet her looks are nothing but inspirational and never fail to impress.
The 34 year old Diane Kruger, born Diane Heidkrüger, hit the Hollywood scene in 2004 with her role as Helen of Troy in Troy. Born in Germany, Kruger left home at an early age to dance with the Royal Ballet in London, but her career was cut short due to injury. She then moved to Paris to pursue modeling. The German beauty has modeled for Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, and Armani as well as done beauty print ads for Lancôme and L’Oreal. She is fluent in German, French, and English and lives in LA with boyfriend Joshua Jackson. Diane is currently starring in the thriller Unknown and will soon begin filming Farewell, My Queen as the role of Marie Antoinette.
Believe it or not Diane does not have a stylist! She only uses them for major awards shows or promotional tours in which she will ask them for exactly what she wants. Diane’s personal style can be described as classic, chic. Diane describes her passion for clothes when saying, “I truly, genuinely like clothes. Making them is an art form, and wearing them is a form of self-expression. I find it very emotional because I can remember moments in my life—my mood, how I felt—through these clothes.” Her favorite designers are Chanel, Calvin Klein, and Jason Wu yet she still shops at Urban Outfitters and Forever21. Her current style obsession is oxfords and we couldn’t agree more!

You may remember Rachel Bilson as Summer Roberts from hit television show The O.C. Since then she has moved on to numerous other projects and most importantly fashion trendsetter. Her personal style is casual and relaxed. Rachel chooses pieces that are classics and have an easy going, girl next door look. Her favorite designers are Stella McCartney and Chanel. She loves to collect vintage shoes and handbags. Even though she has all the top designers at her fingertips Rachel still loves to shop at Target!
Among her many ongoing projects Rachel is currently a columnist for InStyle magazine. In her ‘Ask Rachel’ monthly column readers send in their style questions for the fashionista to answer. She also provides us with a look into her most recent obsessions, including accessories, jewelry, beauty, and tech products.
Rachel has been chosen to be the face in Magnum ice cream advertisements which will launch in the US on April 21st during the Tribeca film festival. Fashion icon and legend Karl Lagerfeld is directing the films as well as the print ads. The original series consists of three films, Photo Mood, Applause and Art Class. “My character believes that a day without pleasure is a day lost,” Rachel said in a statement. “… (that’s) my personal philosophy, too.”

Nicole Richie’s fashion sense has changed dramatically from her days on The Simple Life with Paris Hilton, to her current status of being a mother, wife, and designer. She has a carefree, bohemian style and is not afraid to mix in a little glamour every now and then. The fashion icon has two very well received lines. ‘House of Harlow,’ which launched in 2008, started with jewelry and branched out to include shoes and now sunglasses. She also has a clothing line ‘Winter Kate’ which launched in Spring 2010. The line features pieces that range from edgy to romantic. Both lines are named after her daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Richie-Madden. Nicole’s lines are vintage inspired and pay very close attention to detail and embellishments. They have that unique Nicole Richie touch that we love.
Nicole’s personal style is described as “boho yet sophisticated.” She is inspired by Native American and tribal art, which she interprets into ‘House of Harlow.’ When you think of Nicole Richie style the first thing that comes to mind is sunglasses. She owns more than 200 pairs! She also is a collector of vintage Chanel bags and owns thirty. Her style is always evolving and we look forward to seeing what she will wear next!

Who said music and fashion doesn’t mix? Well I beg to differ! POP singer Eliza Doolittle, 22 year old from the UK, defiantly embraces her own style. Known for her cut off shorts, dark brunette hair, and vintage voice she has taken over the UK by storm. Being at NO.5 on UK top charts for her single, it only took her several months for her album to declare gold. She is set to release her album, self-titled, here in the US at the beginning of April with Capitol Records. I was so elated that I had the opportunity to interview this pop singer. Check out the interview below!
2. Who are your greatest influences musically?
Wow, there are so many…I could name you artists from Stevie Wonder to The Beach Boys, The Kinks, Carole King, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Steely Dan. Well this is the music I love…I have no idea which parts of it influence my own music.
3. When did you finally realize you wanted to be a musician?
I always loved singing, and I think it was round about the time when everybody asks you “what do you want to be when you grow up?” and I would always say “a singer”. And then, when I was 12 years old, my mum gave me the best advice I’ve ever had and that was to start writing songs. So I did!
4. What is a typical day as a Musician?
The best part is that it’s never typical. It’s definitely one of the reasons I love it so much. One day I’ll be in the studio, the next on stage, the next at a video shoot, or jamming or getting my picture taken or spreading the word on my record…it’s always different.
5. Who or what inspires you?
Everything around me, whether it’s the news, my friends, my own experiences, anything.
7. What CD is in your car stereo right now?
I got Cee Lo Green, Elton John (goodbye yellow brick road), Badfinger (no dice).
8. What advice would you give to aspiring Musicians?
Write your hand off! The more you write the better you get!
